What You Can Do in the Portal
- Dashboard – The Dashboard provides you with an overview of your Trunking.io account. This includes calling statistics, account status, and invoice information.

Account – Allows you to manage your login settings and approved user accounts, as well as update company information.
- My Login Settings – Update your password, email, or enable multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Company Management – Edit your company details and contacts.
- Manage Logins – Add or manage users on your account.

My Voice Network – Allows you to manage your voice services and DID inventory.
- Trunk Groups – Configure and manage your trunk groups.
- Purchase DIDs – Buy DIDs from within Trunking.io’s inventory.
- Manage DIDs – Configure your DID inventory for CNAM, E911, Messaging.
- Bulk Management Tools – Update and configure multiple DIDs in your inventory in one simple step.

Porting – Allows you to transfer existing phone numbers from the current provider to Trunking.io.
- Submit a Port – Submit request to move customer owned DIDs to Trunking.io.
- Manage Ports – View and track current, completed, and cancelled port requests.
- Portability Check – Verify if a number can be transferred within Trunking.io’s network.
- E911 – Allows you to view and configure emergency calling services.

Messaging – Allows you to view and configure Messaging services.
- My Brands – Register your company for SMS messaging.
- Opt-In Message Wizard – Create compliant opt-in messages.

Billing – Review and manage payments.
- Make a Payment – Add funds to your account via your on-file credit card.
- Invoices – Download and review monthly billing statements.
- Call Detail Records (CDRs) – Provides all call activity for your account.
