Your account dashboard is the central hub for your Trunking.io account. It gives you a quick view of your account status, balance, and usage activity. This guide provides some further explanation for your account dashboard.
Account Information
- Your Company Name – Your company name as it was provided in your sign-up form
- Customer ID – A 6-digit number used to identify your account.
- Account Standing – Shows the current status of your TIO account.
Usage Graphs
Your dashboard includes three graphs (Voice Minutes of Usage, Origination Calling Trends, and Termination Calling Trends), refreshed every 15 minutes, to help you monitor activity:
- Voice Minutes of Usage – Shows total minutes of call activity.
- Can be toggled between a 30 day or 24 hour view
- New accounts may show “no trends yet” until the first calls are completed.
- Calling Trends – Displays inbound and outbound call patterns.
- This section can be used to identify unusual activity outside of normal traffic pattens.
